Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Cancellation Policy

After placing an order, you reserve the right to request a cancelation any time until the order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once you have received a shipping notification. Once the order has been canceled, the funds will be released to you, but may take 5-7 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on the bank or payment type. Please request a cancelation by contacting me at help@munespice.com .

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items that were sent in good faith to you and received in the condition that was promised. However, read below for information about damages and issues with your order.

Issues with Orders

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately at help@munespice.com if any item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the situation and make it right. However, please read more below about my policies for damaged goods, effective for all orders placed on/after October 8, 2021 until further notice.


Effective October 8, 2021, I will no longer offer replacements, refunds, exchanges, or compensation of any kind for items damaged or lost due to postal service errors UNLESS an insured shipping method is purchased at checkout. Moving into the holiday season, I highly recommend purchasing an insured shipping method for all orders so that you and I can both be protected if damages occur. I will very happily assist in these cases to make the situation right!

Information collected on this site is to be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be used by the owner of this site for any other purpose. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
