Please read these terms of service carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. Terms may update without advanced notice but agreed upon terms refers to the content of this page. Last modified April 21, 2023.

CANCELATION POLICY

After placing an order, you reserve the right to request a cancelation any time until the order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once you have received a shipping notification. Once the order has been canceled, the funds will be released to you, but may take 5-7 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on the bank or payment type. Please request a cancelation by contacting us at help@munespice.com .

REFUND POLICY

This is a small business operated entirely by one person that would LOVE to be able to have the best policies like big companies. However, at this time, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items that were sent in good faith to you and received in the condition that was promised according to your order receipt. However, read below for information issues with your order.

ISSUES WITH ORDERS

Please inspect your order and contact us within 7 days of receipt at help@munespice.com if any item is defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right (typically, if the error is on our part, we will resend the item--if it is still in stock--at no cost to you or provide a full refund). However, please read more below about our policies for damaged/lost goods, as this policy does not apply to those.

Please note that these policies to not apply after 30 days past the date the packaged is received by the seller. If the item is broken after this time, no replacements, refunds, etc. will be offered.

LOST PACKAGES/DAMAGES

What if my order never arrived?

By placing an order on this site, you agree to double checking your address on your receipt after payment as this is where the items will be sent. If you need to make a change, please reply to the order email or email at help@munespice.com before the items have been sent.

For packages marked "delivered" but nowhere in sight - sometimes USPS marks the item as delivered 1-3 days before it is actually delivered (feel free to google this/look on reddit as this is an unfortunately common experience). Please take an extra look around your home, ask your next door neighbor, and double check with others who live in your household as you wait these extra few days.

If the package still does show up after marked delivered, contact your local post office as they are the best equipped to help you. You can also complete a missing mail form directly with USPS using this webpage.

Refunds/exchanges/reshipments will not be given for packages marked as delivered with a shipping label that matches the original shipping receipt.

For lost packages not marked delivered or are stuck "in transit," we in general do not offer refunds or replacements because 99.9% of the time they eventually show up or get returned to me, but if your order does not show up after 1 month (USA orders) or 3 months (international orders), please contact us at help@munespice.com and we will try to look into it (unfortunately no promises!). Refunds are not given for international packages unclaimed at customs.

If packages return to me, I will offer 1) the opportunity to ship the items to you again if you repay for the shipping fees or 2) you can receive a refund of the order total minus original shipping fees/taxes.

An exception to the above policies is if Priority Mail was selected during checkout or if prior arrangement was made to add insurance as this allows us to help you recover up to $100 in order value once the USPS case has been resolved.

What if my order's packaging arrived damaged?

We cannot control how the package is treated once it leaves our hands. Because of this, we cannot offer full refunds or full exchanges for items damaged to due post office/travel errors unless Priority mail shipping was chosen at checkout. In this case, we will refund you up to $100 once the post office case has been resolved.

However, if in the rare case the item is severely damaged due to our own shipping errors (such as forgetting to close the box), please show us pictures so we can offer to ship a replacement to you at 50% off the original price and 50% off the shipping total. If the item is no longer in stock, then we will refund your original shipping fee (but not the order total).

PREORDERS

There are times when items are marked "Preorder" meaning that the items are NOT currently in hand. In the description of the items, you will find the estimated timeline for these items on when these items might ship to you. By purchasing the item, you are agreeing to these terms.

You will pay for the items upfront, but at any point before the preorders are shipped, you can send a request to help@munespice.com and have your order canceled and fully refunded. Additionally, if you need to change your address, no problem! Please send an email to the above address, and we can help.

CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks (disputes filed through PayPal and credit card companies) have the potential to harm small businesses and cost both the seller and buyer time. Please ensure that you have read through all of these policies before placing an order to familiarize yourself with this site's procedures.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at help@munespice.com and we will do our best to help you in accordance with our policies. If a chargeback is issued against this site, since the policies have been laid out for everyone, we will consider it evidence of the buyer's fraud-like behavior. We will show evidence (such as time stamp of the buyer's agreement to terms) to get the chargeback disputed. Thank you so much for your understanding in this matter.

PRIVACY POLICY

Information collected on this site is to be used for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be used by the owner of this site for any other purpose. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.Read about CA Privacy rights here.

GENERAL POLICIES

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) when using this site. You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, scammers, resellers, AI users, or distributors.

PROCESSING TIMES

In general, orders will be shipped within 7 days of purchase as orders usually go out on Fridays. However, during peak times (such as a shop update or holiday seasons), it could take up to 2 weeks to ship your order. Preorders will also vary in handling time (see those policies above). If necessary, updates are generally given in my Instagram story highlight called "Updates."

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Everything is shipped to you from California (USA). The estimated shipping times are the estimated amount of time your order will take to get to you AFTER you receive a shipping confirmation.

Please note that shipping is still impacted by the global pandemic, even if your area has eased restrictions, or may be impacted by other factors such as weather and/or global events. These estimations are average ranges based on prior orders.

✿ USA (free shipping/first class): 3 days-2 weeks
✿ USA (priority mail): 2 days-1 week
✿ Canada: 2-4 weeks
✿ Everywhere else: 4-8 weeks

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE USA) PURCHASES

International shipping is limited at this time. I currently only ship to: USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and Germany. All international buyers are responsible for paying VAT or any other custom fees and charges upon receipt of their package. We are unable to alter the customs forms to affect this process.

Refunds are not given for international packages unclaimed at customs.

SUSTAINABLE SHIPPING

In an attempt to be more eco-friendly, I may reuse clean packaging from parcels I have received. If you do not want reused packaging, please mention as a comment to accompany your order. For more information on how to recycle/dispose of packaging material, please see this page.
