Shipping Information

Hello! With every purchase on this site, you are agreeing to the following shipping terms.

I ship from the United States (California). I currently ship to most countries, but I cannot ship to the UK due to their tax policies. I may also, at times, be limited in shipping to other countries due to unexpected restrictions. If you are in the UK, please check out my etsy shop. I also offer custom listings for UK members of my ko-fi (at any tier).

Orders are generally shipped out within 5-7 days, but during shop updates processing time may increase up to 14 days.

If the item mentions "Preorder" in the title, this means the item is not in stock. Check the shop listing to determine when this item is estimated to ship/arrive to you.

When placing an order, all arrival dates are estimates. Please allow extra time due to shipping delays within the postal service.

Once you receive a shipping notification, allow up to 4 weeks for orders within the USA and 10 weeks for international orders before contacting me about a missing order. See more information in my lost package policy detailed below.

In general, I unfortunately cannot be responsible for lost/damaged/stolen/misplaced packages. As most packages** will be sent with a shipping label containing the address you provided, I will not be able to refund or reimburse you for these items/shipping costs unless an insured shipping method was purchased (this is offered through "priority mail" for domestic items).

However, if any packages are returned to me, you can choose to receive a refund of the item costs (not including shipping costs, additional fees, etc.) or to have the items resent to you. If it is determined that the fault is the customer's (i.e., if you had submitted the incorrect address), then I will resend the items but at additional shipping cost to you.

**For stickers sent through international letter mail, if you contact me between 8 weeks and 12 weeks after the shipment date, I will refund your shipping costs. Then, if the letter is returned, the previously mentioned policy will apply.

In an attempt to be more eco-friendly, I may reuse clean packaging from parcels I have received. If you do not want reused packaging, please mention as a comment to accompany your order.

For all customers within California, you will be charged for state/county/city sales tax.

For international customers, you are responsible for paying any duties/taxes/customs fees upon receipt of goods to your country. Munespice is not liable for these fees/additional charges. If goods are returned to Munespice because the taxes/fees were not paid by the customer etc., the seller will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the items.
